Abstract. The information note presents the results of the analysis of the proposals provided for by the draft law «On Amendments to Article 36 of the Law of Ukraine «On Compulsory State Social Insurance» regarding the calculation of the monthly insurance payment in connection with an occupational disease in the event of suspension of the employment contract due to the legal regime of martial law» (reg. № 14143 dated 10/22/2025).
