Information note on the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Strengthening the Protection of the Rights of Minors and Juveniles Who Have the Right to Assign and Receive One-Time Cash Assistance» (reg. № 14248 of 11/26/2025)

The information note presents the results of the analysis of the proposals provided for by the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Strengthening the Protection of the Rights of Minors and Juveniles Who Have the Right to Assign and Receive One-Time Cash Assistance» (reg. № 14248 of 11/26/2025). The focus is on conceptual problems related to the legal nature of one-time cash assistance.
