The informational reference presents the results of an analysis of the proposals set out in the draft law “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Pension Provision for Persons Discharged from Military Service and Certain Other Persons’ Regarding the Prohibition of the Application of Reducing Coefficients to the Amount of Pension Assigned to Persons Discharged from Military Service” (No. 15090-1 dated 24 March 2026). Particular attention is given to measures aimed at ensuring the financial balance of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
