Informational Reference on Safeguarding the Social and Other Rights of Persons with Mental and Behavioural Disorders Who Are Not in Specialist Institutions

This informational reference presents the findings of an analysis of state policy and trends in the development of national legislation on the protection of public mental health. It focuses on innovations in Ukrainian legislation aimed at shifting the paradigm for safeguarding the social and other rights of persons with mental and behavioural disorders, as well as on social projects designed to support the psychological well-being of people in need of such assistance.
