Parliamentary research on the foreign experience of legal regulation of the establishment of special parking spaces intended for drivers with small children, pregnant women and persons with disabilities

Abstract. The Parliamentary research analyses the foreign experience of legal regulation of vehicle parking in regard to the establishment of special parking spaces for drivers with small children, pregnant women and persons with disabilities. These and some other aspects are analysed on the example of certain EU Member States (Germany, Poland, France, Italy), as well as the United States of America, Canada and South Korea.
