Overview dossier on the implementation of pilot projects of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine (‘Electronic case management’, integrated social service for resilience formation)

Abstract. The overview dossier presents the analysis results of the implementation of the projects of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, in particular ‘Electronic Case Management’ and ‘Integrated Social Service for Resilience Formation’ projects.

The focus is on the project nature and content, their implementation stages, and their importance for social support and improving the delivery of social services in Ukraine.
