Review Dossier on the Protection of Minors’ Rights in the Digital Space

This review dossier examines specific aspects of safeguarding children’s ‘digital rights’ in Ukraine, in particular access to information, educational e-services and digital technologies, privacy and the protection of personal data, as well as freedom of expression. Particular attention is devoted to the right of minors to online safety. The dossier also analyses trends in the development of European Union legislation aimed at improving the safety of online services for children.
