Analytical note on comparative legislation on the provision of meals to MPs and parliamentary secretariat staff in European countries

Abstract. The legal regulation of catering for members of parliament and parliamentary secretariat staff in European countries is studied in this analytical note. In particular, it examines the organizational and legal forms of providing catering services to MPs and parliamentary secretariat staff in European countries, types of catering establishments in the parliaments of European countries, and conditions for providing catering services in the parliaments of European countries.
