Information reference on legal regulation of household waste management and prevention of uncontrolled landfills

Abstract. This information reference analyses the legal regulation of household waste management in Ukraine, taking into account the latest changes. Examples of state and local initiatives to combat uncontrolled landfills are provided. The grounds for bringing to justice those who violate waste management rules are highlighted.
