Parliamentary Study on the Legislative Regulation of the Use of Artificial Intelligence Technologies Across Countries Worldwide

Abstract. This parliamentary study presents the findings of an analysis of the legislative regulation of artificial intelligence technologies across selected countries worlwide. It examines the specific features of regulatory approaches within the European Union and selected EU Member States, as well as in Vietnam, South Korea, Peru, El Salvador, Japan and several US states. It also focuses on legislative developments in this field across EU Member States, as well as in Brazil, Bolivia, Venezuela, Guatemala, Ecuador, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Paraguay, Panama, Pakistan, Turkey, and Chile.
