Informational reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses regarding the Restoration of Legal Procedures of Parliamentary Oversight" (No. 14215, dated 14.11.2025)

The informational reference considers the issue of expanding the circle of entities whose legal claims are subject to enforcement, as well as the introduction of administrative liability for the failure of an official or civil servant (except for the President of Ukraine and judges) to appear at a plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine without valid reasons in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 14215, dated 14.11.2025). The analysis identified certain risks associated with the draft law.
