The informational reference examines the issues of improving criminal liability for damage or destruction of pipeline transport facilities in the oil and gas sector during a state of war or emergency in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 14293, dated 11.12.2025).
The draft law is considered to comply with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, and the norms of current criminal and criminal procedural legislation.
