Abstract. The information note presents the results of the analysis of the proposals provided for by the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine «On One-time Cash Assistance for Damage to Life and Health Caused to Employees of Critical Infrastructure Facilities, Civil Servants, and Local Government Officials as a Result of the Military Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine» (reg. № 14303 dated 12/15/2025).
