Informational Reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine Regarding the Protection of the Legitimate Market of Veterinary Medicinal Products against Counterfeit Products” (No. 15413 dated 15 July 2026)
Published on 20 August 2026, 14:00Abstract. The informational reference examines the grounds for criminal liability for the counterfeiting of veterinary medicinal products and active substances, as well as for their smuggling, in the context of Draft Law of Ukraine No. 15413 dated 15 July 2026.
The study analyses the compliance of the Draft Law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of legislative drafting, the current criminal legislation, and the legislation governing the protection of animals.
