Analytical Note on Comparative Law Regarding the Recognition of the Period of Membership in the USSR as a Period of Occupation

Abstract. This analytical note presents the results of an analysis of the legislation of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia concerning the recognition of the period of membership in the USSR as a period of occupation.

Particular attention is paid to the specific features of the legislative regulation of the status of participants in resistance to the occupation regime and the rehabilitation of victims of political repression during the period of occupation by the USSR.
