Abstract. The Guide provides a detailed overview of the legislative procedure for amending the Constitution of Ukraine. The procedure is presented with due regard to its specific features depending on the subject matter of constitutional regulation: amendments to provisions of the Constitution other than Sections I, III and XIII, and amendments to Sections I, III and XIII of the Constitution of Ukraine.

The information is structured by actors and forms of activity, decisions and actions, their descriptions and documentary support, as well as mandatory and optional decisions and actions. Interactive diagrams enable users to track the legislative procedure step by step – from the submission of a draft law amending the Constitution of Ukraine through its consideration and adoption, signing, official promulgation and entry into force and, in the case of amendments to Sections I, III and XIII, through the holding of an All-Ukrainian referendum and the determination of its results.

The Guide enables the prompt identification of the actor responsible for the relevant stage of the procedure, the required decision or action, the documents supporting a particular stage, and the possible options for the further consideration of a draft law.
