Abstract. The informational reference provides an analysis of the Draft Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine Regarding Clarification of Requirements for Documents in Adoption Cases’ (No. 14106 dated 08.10.2025), which was developed with the aim of improving legal regulation in the field of child adoption by unifying and digitising the requirements for documents submitted by applicants.
