Parliamentary study on the peculiarities of the fulfillment of international treaties, including in the temporarily occupied territories

Abstract. Analysis of the rule and procedure for entering into force of an international treaty in the state, as well as the implementation of derogations and reservations to ratified international treaties has been included in the results of the parliamentary study. Research on the peculiarities of the procedure for consideration and approval of derogations and/or reservations to international treaties at the national level of various states (on the example of human rights treaties) has been presented. The experience of Georgia and Moldova on reservations to the international treaties in the context of its implementation on the temporarily occupied territories by the russian federation has been separately researched.
