Abstract. The guide to legislation – a reference point in the system of legislative acts – outlines the legal regulation of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) security in Ukraine, international acts, CBRN security (protection) standards, and directions for improving legislation in the context of Ukraine’s European integration.
The guide consists of three sections, which characterize the state of legislative support for CBRN security in Ukraine, systematize international acts in the field of CBRN security, and outline directions for legislative mainstreaming in the implementation of CBRN security in Ukraine. The guide also includes a glossary of terms used in this specialized field.

Abstract. The Guide analyzes the laws adopted in the period from February 24 to December 30, 2022, in the security sphere, which includes national security and defense, economic, informational, environmental security, and in the law enforcement sphere – changes to the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes, Code of Administrative Offenses, other «law enforcement» laws. The specific feature of the prepared edition is the presentation of quantitative and qualitative indicators of legislative activity in the named areas, detailing the subjects of legal regulation of the relevant legislative acts and outlining the projected areas of improvement of security and law enforcement legislation. The abstract review of the Guidebook presents infographics and visualizations on the main quantitative and qualitative indicators.
