Abstract. The informational reference examines the organizational and legal principles of involving and participating in joint efforts with state bodies to counter destructive activities in cyberspace. These issues are examined in the context of the proposals provided for in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13592, dated 01.08.2025).
The draft law is considered to be in compliance with the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making and the technique of normative drafting, acts of the European Union, the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine regulating public relations in the field of ensuring national security, in particular the implementation of public-private partnerships on cybersecurity issues.
The results of the study revealed risks that will impede the proper implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein, aimed at legislatively ensuring interaction between state bodies and the public in responding to threats in cyberspace, and the introduction of an effective cyber resilience system at the national level.

Abstract. The informational reference provides a general description of: the legal framework for the effectiveness of border control and integrated management of external borders in the European Union countries (trends of recent years); Ukraine’s obligations under the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one side, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, from another side; the main results of Ukraine’s progress in the areas of efficiency and strengthening of border control, which is a component of the 24-th negotiating chapter "Justice, Freedom and Security".

Abstract. The Informational reference analyzes the issues of establishing criminal liability for unauthorized interference and other unauthorized actions regarding the use of computers and computer networks when committed against critical information infrastructure facilities. The corresponding analysis was conducted in the context of the proposals provided for in the above-mentioned draft Law of Ukraine (No. 12418, dated 16.01.2025).
The draft law is considered to comply with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the norms of current criminal legislation, and the laws of Ukraine in the field of ensuring the cybersecurity of Ukraine and the protection of objects of critical information structure.
The results of the research identified risks that may further impede the proper implementation of the law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein, aimed at strengthening the protection of state information resources and critical information infrastructure facilities from cyber threats, cyber-attacks, and cybercrimes.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the issues of establishing a legal mechanism for bringing to criminal liability officials, in particular heads of territorial recruitment and social support centers, heads, deputy heads, secretaries and members of military medical commissions, for violations of the law committed during mobilization activities, as well as conscription of citizens for military service. The research was conducted in the context of the proposals provided for in the draft Law of Ukraine.
The draft law is being reviewed for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, current criminal legislation, and the laws of Ukraine in the field of mobilization, military service, and military service.

The informational reference analyzes the organizational and legal principles of improving operational and service activities in the context of reforming the domestic special service as a guarantor of ensuring the state security of Ukraine. It outlines the directions for strengthening its capabilities in the field of counterintelligence, information security and cyber defense, combating terrorism and protecting state secrets. It focuses on rebranding the status of the Security Service of Ukraine.

The informational reference considers the grounds for introducing criminal liability for violations of the legislation on defense, mobilization training and mobilization committed by heads of territorial recruitment and social support centers, heads and members of military medical commissions; recognition as subjects of illicit enrichment of persons who are equated with persons authorized to perform state or local government functions in the context of draft law No. 12442, dated 27.01.2025.
The compliance of the draft law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the provisions of the current legislation on criminal liability, and the laws of Ukraine regulating public relations in the field of defense, mobilization training, and mobilization was analyzed.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the activities of the European Parliament's Subcommittee on Security and Defense (SEDE) and the issue of creating a corresponding standing committee on its basis. The results of SEDE's work over five years are summarized, and changes in the topics of legislative and non-legislative documents of the Subcommittee on Security and Defense, caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, are reflected. The issues covered in the study represent the direction of common European defense, its implementation in the White Paper, which is relevant for Ukraine in view of the European integration track of the parliament, inter-parliamentary cooperation of committees in the field of security and defense and the development of analytical documents of public policy.
