Information Reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine “On the System of Long-Term Military Service and Reserve” (No. 15231 dated 13 May 2026)

Abstract. The information reference examines the issue of introducing a new model of long-term military service and citizens’ service in the reserve in the context of the Draft Law No. 15231 dated 13 May 2026.

The compliance of the Draft Law with the fundamental principles of legislative drafting, the theory of law and the legislative process, and the provisions of current legislation in the field of military service and reserve service is examined.
