Abstract. The war with Russia requires Ukraine to make efforts aimed at transforming the security environment, which will allow the state to preserve sovereignty, territorial integrity, increase the security of borders and citizens, and ensure sustainable development. The review dossier examines models of the international treaties, agreements, and memoranda that regulate the obligations of states in the security sphere, in particular the issue of guaranteeing the integrity and territorial inviolability of the state by allies (partners) in the event of an armed attack. The attention is paid on the conceptual and categorical apparatus of such international documents, the forms of response to external threats, the scope of state obligations and the conditions for their compliance. Current international treaties are analyzed, including multilateral ones within the framework of state unions (in particular, the USA, Australia – with other countries), security agreements of Ukraine, as well as treaties that have lost their validity, but are important for Ukraine in causal and comparative aspects.

The review dossier analyzes the laws adopted during the work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the ninth convocation, for approximation to NATO standards; characterized the holistic laws and individual laws on amendments in the context of the basic democratic principles of the Alliance.

Abstract. This review dossier provides an overview of the legislative regulation of the foreign influence prevention in Ukraine. It analyses the existing regulatory framework for foreign intervention. It identifies the prerequisites for introducing a mechanism to counter foreign influence.

Abstract. The issues regarding the standards of aviation activities in the field of security and defense of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) – an international intergovernmental organization that constitutes a military-political union of 30 states of North America and Europe (hereinafter referred to as NATO) are considered in the review dossier. The main institutional mechanisms that ensure the proper and effective organization of aviation activities in the NATO security and defense sector, in particular: the legal status and functions of the competent (authorized) body on aviation issues in the specified sector; legal grounds, the procedure for state supervision of aviation entities, as well as issues of technical investigation of aviation incidents and serious incidents involving aircraft in the field of NATO security and defense; current certification requirements for the above-mentioned entities, aviation personnel and aircrafts are revealed.
