Abstract. The guide provides a detailed overview of the documentary support for the legislative activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The documents supporting the legislative activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are categorized by type (public policy program documents, public policy analytical documents, public policy forecast documents, draft laws, accompanying documents to draft laws, mandatory and other expert evaluations of draft laws, conclusions and materials) and by stages of the legislative process (legal monitoring, planning of legislative activities, preliminary consideration of draft laws, inclusion of a draft law in the agenda of the Verkhovna Rada session, first, second, and third readings of the draft law, its signing, reconsideration, and dissemination to the public). An interactive scheme allows for quick access to the necessary information in a structured table.

Abstract. The guide to post-legislative control (hereinafter - guide) is a roadmap, a guide to the array of legal norms and recommendations for the Verkhovna Rada committees to conduct legal monitoring of adopted laws.

The guide presents a model for implementing post-legislative control with a recommended algorithm of actions and decisions of the subjects involved in this process, and also proposes criteria for the effectiveness of the implementation of legislative acts. The guide offers a methodology for conducting a legal assessment and assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of the law and a methodology for selecting legislative acts for their assessment, determining the range of issues necessary for legal monitoring, conducting a questionnaire, summarizing, reporting and grading laws by implementation effectiveness.

The material in the guide is presented according to the legislatively defined stages of legal monitoring, with samples of relevant documents provided in the annexes. The proposed model of post-legislative control is of a recommendatory nature and requires testing.

The participants of the relevant activity within the specified stages of the legislative procedure, the terms (both general and ad hoc) for such activity are determined. The information and reference paper is presented in the form of an interactive diagram, which allows you to quickly find the necessary information in the generated tables.
