The information note presents the results of an analysis of the proposals contained in the draft law «On Amendments to Article 234 of the Labour Code of Ukraine Regarding the Restoration by the Court of Time Limits Missed for Valid Reasons» (reg. No. 14146 of 23 October 2025).
It focuses on the specifics of recognising the reason for missing the deadline for applying to the court as valid in labour disputes when the liquidation of an enterprise is cancelled.
