Informational Reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Establishment of Legal Grounds for the Demobilization of Military Personnel” (No. 15404 dated 13 July 2026)

This informational reference examines the continuation of financial and material support for military personnel undergoing prolonged treatment or rehabilitation, as well as the conditions for conscription during mobilization, for a special period, of persons discharged from military service under a contract, as envisaged by Draft Law of Ukraine No. 15404 dated 13 July 2026. The analysis assesses the Draft Law’s compliance with current Ukrainian legislation, the requirements of legislative drafting, the principle of legal certainty, and the fundamental principles of law-making.
