Parliamentary research on legal mechanisms for countering disinformation in the information space of Ukraine, the European Union and individual Member States of the European Union

Abstract. The parliamentary study presents the results of the analysis of the peculiarities of legal regulation of countering disinformation in the information space of Ukraine, the European Union (EU) and some EU Member States. Attention is focused on the novelties of legislation on countering disinformation in the EU, Lithuania, Germany and France.
