Overview dossier on the legal regulation of employment of war veterans

The overview dossier analyses the state of legislative regulation of measures aimed at adapting war veterans to civilian life after military service completion. Attention is paid to employment social guarantees for veterans, including persons with disabilities caused by war. The system of measures for professional adaptation of war veterans and measures of state incentives for employers to hire this category of persons is defined. Recommendations for improving legislation in terms of regulating measures to promote the employment of war veterans are summarised.
