Review dossier on the protection of social rights of certain categories of persons under the legal regime of martial law

The review dossier is devoted to the analysis of the norms of legislation on guarantees of social rights of war veterans, military personnel, civilians who suffered as a result of war and some other vulnerable categories of the population. The priority areas of development of legislation on social protection under the legal regime of martial law are studied. Attention is focused on the compliance of legal regulation of social protection measures for vulnerable categories of the population with international and European principles.
Key words: social protection, war veteran, internally displaced persons, persons in respect of whom the fact of deprivation of personal liberty as a result of armed aggression has been established, a child who suffered as a result of military actions and armed conflicts.
