Informational reference on legislative regulation of holidays implementation in Ukraine

Abstract. The informational reference specifies certain aspects of the concept of the invention of traditions and its role in modern society. Particular attention is paid to the problems of legislative regulation of the introduction of holidays in Ukraine. Attention is focused on the necessity of determining the organizational and legal basis for the formation of holidays calendar in Ukraine. An analysis of the provisions of the Draft Resolution «On the establishment of a holiday in Ukraine - Thanksgiving to God Day» (Reg. No. 10371 dated 25.12.2023) was carried out.
