Information reference on identifying vulnerable consumers by the energy poverty criterion

Abstract. The information reference provides an analysis of the EU legal acts on the definition of vulnerable consumers according to the criterion of energy poverty and examples of transposition of EU law provisions into the legislation of the Energy Community member states.
