Information note on trends in the legal regulation of artificial intelligence technologies in Ukraine and India
Published on 30 July 2025, 14:00Abstract. The results of an analysis of trends in the legal regulation of artificial intelligence technologies in Ukraine and India are presented. Attention is focused on the development of legal regulation of artificial intelligence in Ukraine, which is detailed in the ‘White Paper on AI Regulation in Ukraine: The Vision of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, as well as key strategic and regulatory acts of India in this area.
