Informational reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses to Increase Liability for Parking, Stopping, and Parking Vehicles in Places Designated for Vehicles Driven by Disabled Drivers, Drivers Transporting Disabled Persons, and Drivers Transporting Children Under Three Years of Age" (No. 12436, dated 22.01.2025)

Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of administrative liability for parking, stopping, and standing vehicles in places designated for vehicles driven by drivers with disabilities, drivers transporting persons with disabilities, and drivers transporting children under the age of three, in the context of the draft law No. 12436, dated 22.01.2025. The analysis identified the risks of the draft law.
