Informational reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses to Strengthen Administrative Liability for Violations Encroaching on Property and in the Field of Nature Protection and the Use of Natural Resources» (No. 13364-1, dated 27.06.2025)

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the legal grounds for improving administrative liability for violations encroaching on property and in the field of nature protection and the use of natural resources. The corresponding analysis was conducted in the context of the proposals provided for in the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13364-1, dated 27.06.2025).

The Draft Law is considered for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activities, the norms of current legislation on administrative liability, the laws of Ukraine in the field of environmental safety and nature protection.

The analysis revealed risks that may further impede the proper implementation of the provisions of the Draft Law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein.
