The informational reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses on Strengthening Responsibility for Violations of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in the Field of Stopping, Standing and Parking of Vehicles» (No. 13426-1, dated 11.07.2025)

Abstract. The informational reference examines the issue of strengthening administrative liability for violations of the rights of persons with disabilities in the field of stopping, standing and parking of vehicles in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13426-1, dated 11.07.2025).

The Draft Law has been analyzed for its compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making, the provisions of current legislation on administrative liability, and the laws of Ukraine regulating public relations in the field of road traffic.
