Informational Reference on the Experience of Certain European States in the Field of Regulatory and Strategic Support for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Security

Abstract. The informational reference summarises the issues of regulatory and strategic support for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) security in certain member states of the European Union (Finland, Germany, and France). It analyses the features of the legal regulation of CBRN security, as well as approaches to the development of state policy in this area. It also outlines key models of CBRN security organisation, their institutional features, and the possibilities for their application in Ukraine.
