Informational reference on the legal regulation of the status of the parliamentary opposition in accordance with international standards in the context of the Roadmap on the functioning of democratic institutions

Abstract. This informational reference contains the results of an analysis of the measures provided for in the Roadmap on the functioning of democratic institutions regarding the legal regulation of the status of the parliamentary opposition. Proposals are made to improve the regulation of the legal status of the parliamentary opposition in Ukraine, taking into account international standards.
