Information reference on the Draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Article 64 of the Budget Code of Ukraine on the Inclusion of Personal Income Tax on Salaries of Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Other Military Formations to Local Budgets at the Location of the Permanent Dislocation Point" (Reg. № 10065 of 18.09.2023)

Abstract. The proposals to transfer 50 % of the personal income tax on salary income of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations to the local budgets at the place of their permanent deployment were analyzed.
