Abstract. The information note presents the results of an analysis of the proposals contained in the draft law ‘On Amendments to Article 40 of the Labour Code of Ukraine regarding the termination of an employment contract at the initiative of the employer’ (reg. No. 13279 of 13 May 2025). It focuses on the specifics of termination of an employment contract at the initiative of the employer.
