Abstract. This informational reference explores the legal grounds for improving the activities of disciplinary commissions in conducting internal investigations into violations of official discipline by police officers and the commission of disciplinary offenses related to the violation of human rights and freedoms by police officers. These issues are examined in the context of the proposals set forth in the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13458, dated 08.07.2025).
The Draft Law is analyzed for its compliance with the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activities and legislative drafting techniques, and the provisions of current Ukrainian legislation determining the procedure for serving in the National Police of Ukraine, the requirements regarding the official discipline of police officers and the application of disciplinary sanctions to them for violating it.
The results of the study revealed risks that will hinder the proper implementation of the draft law During Law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein regarding the legislative provision of the effective functioning of the corruption prevention system in the National Police of Ukraine, the introduction of public control when making decisions on the disciplinary liability of police officers.

Abstract. This informational reference analyzes the issues related to improving the mechanisms for exempting servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from criminal liability for committing military criminal offenses, as well as the cancellation of preventive measures for the purpose of military service under conscription during mobilization and a special period, in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13459, dated 08.07.2025). The Draft Law is examined for its compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activities, and the provisions of current criminal and criminal procedural legislation.
Certain risks have been identified that may subsequently hinder the effective implementation of the Draft Law in the course of legal practice.

Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of improving the mechanism for applying administrative penalties and criminal penalties to servicemen for certain types of offenses, eliminating the ambiguous interpretation of the content of the powers of officials of the Military Law Enforcement Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine when carrying out procedural actions in cases of administrative offenses in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13452, dated 04.07.2025). Based on the results of the analysis, the risks of the Draft Law were identified.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the legal grounds for establishing administrative liability for actions related to manifestations of antisemitism in Ukraine, as well as granting the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights the functions of a special coordinator for the prevention and counteraction to antisemitism. The analysis was conducted in the context of the proposals set out in the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13366-1, dated 16.06.2025).
The Draft Law is examined for its compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the rules of legislative drafting technique, the fundamental principles of administrative tort law, the provisions of the European Union law in the specified area, the laws of Ukraine that regulate the activities of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and ensure the protection of the rights of national minorities.
The analysis revealed risks that may further impede the proper implementation of the provisions of the Draft Law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein, aimed at bringing to justice for antisemitism, strengthening the fight against this negative social phenomenon, and bringing the legislation of Ukraine on the specified issues into line with the norms of the law of the European Union.
