Abstract. Abstract. The informational reference presents an overview of the category of «integrity» in Ukrainian legislation in the context of the activities of judges and prosecutors, and also reveals its content in accordance with international standards. The legislative requirements for integrity for judges and prosecutors are analyzed, including verification mechanisms – submission of declarations and special inspections. The informational reference also contains information on Ukraine’s implementation of GRECO recommendations on improving legislation in terms of defining disciplinary offenses related to the behavior of judges and prosecutors, as well as their compliance with ethical norms.
