Abstract. The informational reference examines the grounds for decriminalization of acts provided for in Article 391 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“Malicious Disobedience to the Requirements of the Administration of a Penal Institution”) in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine No. 15003 dated 05 February 2026.

The draft Law is assessed as complying with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of legislative activity, and the provisions of current legislation governing the grounds and procedure for imposing and serving criminal sentences.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the grounds for ordering a forensic psychiatric examination in cases of administrative offenses within the framework of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15002 dated 05 February 2026).

The draft Law is assessed as being consistent with the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of legislative activity, and the provisions of current legislation governing the grounds and procedure for conducting a forensic psychiatric examination.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal grounds for enhancing criminal liability for threats or acts of violence against a state or public figure in the context of the proposals set out in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 14372 dated 12 January 2026).

The draft law is assessed as complying with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making and criminal legislation, and the provisions of international legal instruments establishing legal liability for threats, public calls for violence, or attacks against government representatives or political figures.

The research also identified certain risks that may hinder the effective implementation of the draft law in law enforcement practice and impede the achievement of its declared objective, namely strengthening the legislative protection of state or public figures and their close relatives from attacks on life, health and property, particularly in the context of repelling Russia’s armed aggression.

Abstract. The informational reference examines issues related to determining the legal grounds for establishing administrative and criminal liability for violations of labour legislation associated with forcing an employee to resign, or unlawful dismissal, or the application of other unlawful actions against employees. In particular, it concerns cases where such actions are taken in response to employees providing information to competent state authorities, managers, or employees responsible for conducting financial monitoring of a primary financial monitoring entity or other relevant financial monitoring entities regarding violations of legislation in the field of preventing and countering the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, terrorist financing, and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. The analysis is conducted in the context of the proposals set out in the Draft Law of Ukraine No. 14328 dated 23 December 2025.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the application of amnesty in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine No. 14317 dated 18 December 2025.

The draft law is assessed as complying with the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making and legislative drafting techniques, as well as the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine governing public relations in the field of amnesty.

The results of the analysis identify risks that may hinder the effective implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the objectives declared therein.

This informational reference examines the issue of improving the procedure for the seizure of real estate, in particular property belonging to third parties, as well as the introduction of additional safeguards aimed at strengthening the protection of the rights of owners and possessors of such property within criminal proceedings, in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine No. 14325 dated December 2025.
