Abstract. The analytical note summarizes the experience of the EU member states regarding the functioning of the youth parliament. In particular, attention is focused on youth parliaments as representative bodies of youth, on other models of such an institution, which are implemented in the national parliaments of the respective European states, and the functioning of youth parliaments (youth councils) under the Government and/or at the local level is indicated.

Abstract. The analytical note examines and summarizes the legislation of foreign countries on the issues of preventing persons involved in human rights violations, committing crimes and encroachment on state sovereignty from holding public office and restricting their right to participate in the management of public affairs. Attention focuses on the functioning of special bodies established to investigate crimes, facts and events for political reasons during military conflicts and aggressions.
An analysis of the experience of Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Albania and the Baltic countries was carried out regarding the issues of bringing relevant categories of persons to legal responsibility, limiting their civil rights, in particular limiting passive voting rights, the right to hold certain positions, etc.

Abstract. The analytical note examines the experience of legal regulation of the establishment of additional payments to the basic salary to employees (officers) of local self-government bodies that implement and administer international technical assistance projects (programs) at the expense of funds provided for the financing of such a project (program), on the example of Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia and the Baltic States.

Abstract. The article presents the analysis results of the legislation of Estonia, Germany, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, and Czechia on access of media representatives to parliaments. Attention is focused on the peculiarities of normative regulation of the procedure for accreditation of journalists, their admission to the parliament building, presence at meetings and other events of the parliament, as well as restrictions on such access.

The analytical note studies the experience of legal regulation of the urban planning control system on the example of the United Kingdom (England and Wales), Sweden, New Zealand and Australia; the general legal status of entities authorized to make decisions on issuing permits for preparatory and construction works, commissioning of completed construction projects in New Zealand, Australia, Sweden, Japan; the basic principles of professional liability insurance of persons authorized to exercise control over construction, on the example of Great Britain (England and Wales).

Abstract. The analytical note examines the foreign experience of parliamentary committees' work online (via videoconference), in terms of voting at a committee meeting by its members, counting the results during open voting, and roll-call voting. In particular, the legislation of such countries as Spain, Estonia, etc. was analysed.

Abstract. In the analytical note the foreign practice of conducting a pre-registration examination during the registration of a draft law in the parliament is researched in a comparative aspect, its regulatory and legal regulation, subjects, procedure and terms of conducting such examination, a list of issues analyzed at this stage, as well as the legal reasons for refusal to subject of the legislative initiative to the registration of the draft law. The legislation of following countries was studied: Austria, Belgium, Georgia, Estonia, Latvia, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, France and others.
