Parliamentary study оn the specifics of financial monitoring of politically exposed persons in European Union member states

Abstract. This parliamentary study analyses the principles and mechanisms of financial monitoring of politically exposed persons in European Union member states. It reveals doctrinal approaches to defining the principles of financial monitoring, examines the provisions of Directive 2015/849, and analyses models of financial monitoring of politically exposed persons using the examples of Italy, Germany, France, Belgium, and the Czech Republic.
