Abstract. The analysis results of provisions of the draft law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Improvement of Certain Provisions of Legislation in Field of Electronic Communications" (Reg. № 9463 dated 06.07.2023) for compliance with EU legislation are presented. The EU regulatory acts related to the issues of: improving the activities of national regulatory bodies and suppliers in field of electronic communications and radio frequency spectrum were analyzed; development of an open, non-discriminatory and competitive infrastructure for access to the Internet and related services within the framework of the creation of a single EU digital market based on high-speed Internet and compatible programs was analyzed. Attention was paid to certain aspects of provisions’ consistency of the draft law with the norms of national legislation.

Abstract. Given the improvement of the legal regulation of the procedure and conditions for the execution and serving of criminal sentences, it provides the analysis of the circumstances for transferring convicts to imprisonment with due regard for their involvement in socially useful work.

Abstract. The analytical note deals with legal regulation issues of archaeological heritage objects ownership and the order of circulation of movable cultural values originating from archaeological heritage objects. The experience of European states, in which legal norms have been established at the level of laws and by-laws, guaranteeing an equally high level of protection of immovable objects of archaeological heritage (preventing negative interference that can cause their damage or destruction), and protection of rights of the owners of these objects (encouraging them to contribute to the protection and popularization of archaeological heritage), was analyzed. The relevant legislation of European Union in this area is analyzed.
