Abstract. The informational reference examines the grounds for introducing administrative liability for violating the procedure for considering reports of military personnel in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15120 dated 31 March 2026).

Abstract. The analytical note examines the legal regulation of burial practices in selected Member States of the European Union (Poland, Croatia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Sweden), as well as the United States. It clarifies the legal possibility of conducting burials through natural burial and cremation. The procedures governing the scattering of the ashes of deceased persons are also analysed.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal grounds for improving administrative liability for violation of the requirements of the legislation on the protection of water resources and water use in the context of the proposals set out in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15096-1 dated 07 April 2026).

The draft law is considered to comply with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the norms of current legislation on administrative liability, and the laws of Ukraine in the field of environmental safety and nature protection.

The results of the research revealed risks that may further impede the proper implementation of the draft law in law enforcement practice and the achievement of its stated objective, namely ensuring the rational use and conservation of water resources and preventing violations of environmental legislation by citizens and officials of business entities.
