Webinar "Corporate Law" in the context of European integration: discussion of key aspects of harmonization of Ukrainian legislation

On November 19, 2024, the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in cooperation with Vilnius University Faculty of Law held a webinar on "Corporate Law" in the context of Chapter 6 of the negotiation process of Ukraine's accession to the EU.

The lecturer was Deividas Kriaučiūnas, Associate Professor at Vilnius University Faculty of Law.

During the educational event, key aspects of the harmonization of Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of corporate law of the European Union were discussed, in particular, the issues of corporate governance regulation, protection of shareholders' rights, improvement of mergers and acquisitions procedures, etc.
