From December 1 to 5, 2025, the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine conducted training under the general short-term professional development program “Fundamentals of Lawmaking” for employees of the Kotsyubynske Village Council of the Bucha District, Kyiv Region.
The ducational event was aimed at developing an understanding of the essence, objectives, and content of the Law of Ukraine “On Lawmaking,” to develop the skills necessary for lawmaking in Ukraine, and to resolve conflicts that may arise between the Law of Ukraine “On Lawmaking” and special legislation; to ensure the development of professional competencies for the effective task solution related to planning, development, adoption (issuance), and implementation of regulatory legal acts.
The training program was conducted by Dmytro Lukyanets, Doctor of Law, Professor, Professor of the Department of State and Legal Disciplines at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
