Toka, Chief Consultant of Economic Development and Financial Policy Department
of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, took part in the
first in-person module of the Sustainable & Innovative Recovery of Ukraine
2026 training programme, held in Budapest, Hungary.
The programme was organised by the Robert Schuman Institute in cooperation with the Christian Democratic International Center. The training brought together participants to discuss key issues related to Ukraine’s sustainable and innovative recovery, European integration, the green transition, and modern approaches to public policy-making.
