Abstract. This analytical note provides a comparative legal analysis of the legislation of the European Union and individual EU Member States concerning the legal regulation of the licensing system, accreditation, auditing, and training on health and safety issues for workers engaged in high-risk work. It examines current approaches within the EU acquis to ensuring occupational safety and analyses the specific features of the regulatory models in Germany, France, Poland, Finland, and the Netherlands.

Abstract. This analytical note presents the results of an analysis of the legislative framework governing Ukraine’s state socio-economic policy aimed at addressing labour shortages in the labour market. It analyses the factors contributing to labour shortages, models of state policy for providing the economy with skilled workers, and trends in the development of Ukrainian legislation on employment and labour. It also highlights the economic and social benefits and risks associated with measures to liberalise labour migration policy, drawing on the experience of other countries.

Abstract. The analytical note presents the results of a study of the legal regulation of the introduction and implementation of gender legal analysis / gender impact assessment of draft legislation in the Member States of the European Union and Canada. Based on the experience studied, potential approaches to the legislative consolidation of similar procedures and institutional models in Ukraine are identified.

Abstract. This analytical note presents the results of an analysis of the regulation of the foundations and principles of memory policy in the legislation of foreign states. It identifies conceptual approaches to the implementation of memory policy, the main commemorative measures and forms of memorialisation related to fighters for national independence and war veterans. Particular attention is given to international practices concerning the creation, preservation and maintenance of Books of Remembrance within national parliaments.

Abstract. This analytical note presents the results of an analysis of legislative regulation of accessibility of audiovisual media services for persons with visual and hearing disabilities.
It focuses on the regulation of subtitling and audio description quotas in the United Kingdom and the United States of America, approaches to financing content accessibility, and the phased implementation of accessibility requirements for different types of media services in European Union member states (Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, Germany, France, Croatia) and the United Kingdom.

Abstract. The analytical note presents the results of an analysis of the principles of the European Union framework policy on guarantees of access to quality services for children, in particular those at risk of poverty and social exclusion. Attention is paid to the legislative regulation of early intervention services in individual European countries. The regulatory acts of Portugal and Poland on the formation of early development and early intervention systems are analyzed. The conceptual aspects, criteria and principles of providing early intervention services are highlighted.

Abstract. The analytical note examines the principles of legislative regulation of the use of assisted reproductive technologies in the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Spain, China and Japan. Case law is analyzed regarding permitted and prohibited practices in the field of reproductive medicine and the recognition of the legal status of children born under surrogacy programs, including cross-border ones. The focus is on the ethical standards of artificial insemination.
