Abstract. The informational reference summarises the information on the development of road transport in Ukraine in the context of European integration. The main legal acts defining the strategic guidelines for the modernisation of the road transport industry are analysed, and the main directions of reforms are considered, in particular in the field of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the legislation of the European Union, modernisation of transport infrastructure, introduction of environmental standards and implementation of European transport safety requirements.

Abstract. The information reference highlights the role of the United Nations in supporting Ukraine since 2014. The resolutions adopted by the UN General Assembly concerning the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the human rights situation in the temporarily occupied territories, safety and security of Ukraine's nuclear facilities, including the Zaporizhzhya NPP, etc. are presented. Abstract. The paper considers the role of energy regulators in ensuring the efficient functioning of the energy market of the European Union (EU), in particular in the field of tariff setting, energy supervision, etc. Special attention is paid to the activities of the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) as a coordinator between national regulators. The functions of national regulatory authorities and the implementation of European norms in national legislation are analysed on the examples of France, Germany, the Czech Republic and Latvia.
