Abstract. The information reference highlights the role of the United Nations in supporting Ukraine since 2014. The resolutions adopted by the UN General Assembly concerning the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the human rights situation in the temporarily occupied territories, safety and security of Ukraine's nuclear facilities, including the Zaporizhzhya NPP, etc. are presented. The author identifies the peculiarities of veto in decision-making by the UN Security Council.

Abstract. The information reference provides a general description of the EU acquis on intellectual property, including a list of EU legal acts that are basic for this area. The state of implementation of the EU acquis into national legislation is highlighted, and the European Commission's assessment is analysed, which contains the general state of fulfilment of European integration obligations in the field of intellectual property and outlines the areas for further work.

Abstract. The paper considers the role of energy regulators in ensuring the efficient functioning of the energy market of the European Union (EU), in particular in the field of tariff setting, energy supervision, etc. Special attention is paid to the activities of the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) as a coordinator between national regulators. The functions of national regulatory authorities and the implementation of European norms in national legislation are analysed on the examples of France, Germany, the Czech Republic and Latvia.

Abstract. The information reference describes aspects of the functioning and development of the Customs Union of the European Union, which is the main component of the Union's internal market. The main legal acts regulating the EU customs policy, as well as the issues of implementation of the European customs legislation in Ukraine in the context of European integration are analysed. In particular, the article focuses on the stages of adaptation of customs procedures and development of relevant IT systems for approximation to EU standards.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the issue of strategies that would provide Ukraine with more realistic prospects of joining the European Union (EU). One of them envisages Ukraine's gradual integration into the EU through gradual strengthening of economic integration within the European Economic Area. The second strategy is based on the idea of creating a Greater European Council, which, in contrast the European Political Community, could function as a real decision-making body and facilitate the process of Ukraine's full membership in the EU.
