Abstract. The informational reference summarises the information on the development of road transport in Ukraine in the context of European integration. Abstract. The information reference highlights the role of the United Nations in supporting Ukraine since 2014. Abstract. The paper considers the role of energy regulators in ensuring the efficient functioning of the energy market of the European Union (EU), in particular in the field of tariff setting, energy supervision, etc. Special attention is paid to the activities of the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) as a coordinator between national regulators. The functions of national regulatory authorities and the implementation of European norms in national legislation are analysed on the examples of France, Germany, the Czech Republic and Latvia.
