Abstract. The legislation of Ukraine regarding the assessment of damage caused to the environment of Ukraine as a result of damage or destruction was analyzed, including damage caused of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, objects of the Emerald Network, species of plants and animals listed in the Red Book of Ukraine, as well as the conformity of national legislation with EU law in this area.

Abstract. Some aspects of the implementation of the EU climate change acquis into national legislation, taking into account the provisions of the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their member states, of the one part, and Ukraine, of the other part were analysed in the informational reference.

Abstract. The informational reference deals with the issues of adaptation of Ukrainian labor legislation to European standards. Certain aspects of scholarly and theoretical research of adaptation of national legislation to European legislation have been indicated. The areas of shared competence of the EU and the member states in respect of which the EU uses ordinary legislative procedure have been studied. The degree of Ukraine’s preparation for harmonizing labor legislation with the EU acquis has been determined.
